User Data Deletion Instructions

Daclere SaaS CRM respects your privacy and provides full control over your connected accounts and advertising data. In accordance with Meta Platform policies, you may request the deletion of your user data associated with our Meta integration at any time through our automated mechanisms or direct support request.

1. How to Remove Daclere SaaS CRM from your Facebook Profile

1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. In the left navigation menu, click on Apps and Websites.
3. Locate Daclere SaaS CRM (or Daclere CRM Ads & Messaging) in the active applications list.
4. Click Remove to revoke all platform permissions and disconnect the bridge. Facebook will automatically dispatch an automated deletion callback to our server.

2. Requesting Manual Purge of Associated Data

To request an immediate manual audit and purge of any lead data, token credentials, or sync logs stored within Daclere SaaS CRM:

Our security team will execute the deletion across all databases and confirm completion within 48 business hours with an official confirmation receipt.

3. Disconnecting Inside the CRM

You can also disconnect your Meta account directly within the CRM dashboard at any time by navigating to Settings → Integrations Hub → Meta Ads → Disconnect.
